The annual Business Plan covers the period from April to March and sets out the statutory duties of the Commissioner and the approach that the Commissioner and the office (CPANI) will take to fulfil those duties during the coming year. The Business Plan includes the operating plan which lists the activities CPANI will undertake in that year. The operating plan sets out what CPANI will do during the year and by when.
