Nathan comes to the role with a medical background with considerable experience of recruitment of trainee doctors through long term involvement in postgraduate education and from many other roles. He has also acquired extensive leadership and management skills as Chair of a clinical commissioning group. Nathan has developed strong analytical and communication skills through his work as medical member of judicial appeal tribunals in Belfast.
