Kate applied for the role of Independent Assessor with CPA NI as she saw an opportunity to bring a wealth of relevant experience which she has gained within the education sector, both as a practitioner and as a school leader. Kate has vast experience in the recruitment and selection process and has worked both as a team member and a team leader in a variety of contexts. She also prides herself in bringing a sense of integrity and openness to any role in which she is involved and feels that respect is at the heart of all positive working relationships. Since retiring Kate is the Independent Chair of a school amalgamation project and is pleased that the skills developed are now being applied to new and exciting challenges.
