With a media background in Northern Ireland, Karin moved to spend ten years heading up a global events company in the aviation sector based in the United Kingdom and operating around the world. She created partnerships with UN organisations, world trade organisations, national government bodies and iconic international aviation giants at the highest level and returned to Belfast in 2012 to bring her experiences to the charity sector as a fundraising consultant and corporate partnership creator. Karen brings a wealth of experience in international team recruitment, staff management and motivation and stakeholder engagement.
