John Woods’ working life has been spent in leadership roles in the voluntary sector where he has a broad experience of recruitment and selection. Johns work has involved engagement with a range of public sector bodies giving him a good understanding of how they work. He is also committed to improving diversity in their membership. John works as a consultant on public policy issues with a particular interest in sustainability and wellbeing. Much of his recent work has been on how the different arms and layers of government can work collaboratively towards agreed outcomes for the common good. John chairs a local development charity.
